Return Policy
Sometimes when buying online, it can be difficult to see what a product looks like in real life. Color and finish may be different than you expect. Or you are just not completely satisfied. If there are any defects, please contact us first so we can resolve them for you. If you have ordered from us, we assume that you have carefully considered your decision, but we understand if the item is not entirely to your liking. That's why we give you the option to return your product free of charge within 14 days of purchase.

Easy returns in 3 simple steps. This roadmap is not mandatory to follow:

Step 1: Contact us at support@rootzliving.com to receive a return label.

Step 2: Send your order

Make sure you keep the Track & Trace code of the package. As the sender, you are responsible and we don't want any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Let us know it was returned with the T&T as proof and receive the purchase amount on your account

Once we have received the package, we will make sure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 2-6 business days. The refund period is always as soon as possible, but at most within 14 days after we receive the withdrawal notice. However, we may wait to refund you until we receive the products back, unless customers prove that they have sent the products earlier.

Please note!: do not purchase your own shipping labels from a carrier, these will not be reimbursed by us.

Conditions:
Return items including all accessories, unused and as much as possible in the original packaging.
If a product is nevertheless soiled or damaged, our specialists will assess whether a depreciation will be charged for the damage or soiling.
You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose click here, but are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments made by you up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a mode of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you return only part of your order, the cost of delivery will not be refunded. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged for such refund. We may wait to refund you until we have received the goods back, or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
