Do you use cookies on your website?

How do you create an account?

Creating an account is very easy. It takes less than a minute! Select "New customer?" in the top right corner of the website. Fill in your personal details and create a password. After clicking the "Send" button, you will receive an email to activate your account. You can now log in quickly, easily and place an order.

How to unsubscribe to our newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter through your account by going to "Newsletter" and clicking "Unsubscribe." You can also unsubscribe by using the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. You will find the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the letter. You will then receive an e-mail confirming that you have unsubscribed from the newsletter.

Shipping & Returns

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

Of course. We are convinced of our products and are sure that you will like our products - should this not be the case, you can simply inform us of your cancellation within 30 days of receipt of the goods. For example, use our contact form. Please do not return any items to us on your own as this will significantly delay the refund. Please pack the return either in the original packaging or in a sturdy shipping carton, as unfortunately DHL or DPD cannot accept or take the goods with you without packaging. If you are unsure whether you like the product, it is advisable to keep the original packaging for the time being. Please note that we do not offer an assembly and dismantling service.

What can I do if I received a damaged or wrong item?

In the event of a defective, incorrect or insufficient delivery, please contact us immediately so that we can try to solve the problem as quickly as possible. Please send us an e-mail about this. To ensure smooth processing, this should contain your order number, contact information and some photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
