With this compact, versatile dumbbell set from Rootz , you no longer need a gym! The set with a total weight of 30 kg can be converted into one barbell or two dumbbells, so that you can cover a wide range of training options - from fitness to endurance and strength training. The set contains 8 x 2.5 kg and 4 x 1.25 kg weight plates that can be freely combined to set the optimal weight for your personal training goals.
TWO IN ONE: Can be used as a dumbbell or barbell, total weight: 30 kg. The scope of delivery includes 8 x 2.5 kg, 4 x 1.25 kg weight plates, 2 x barbell bars and 1 x connecting bar; combine the weight plates as you like to optimally adjust the weight to your training needs.
ROBUST METAL: Free of plastic or unpleasant odors and extremely durable and resistant. The surface has a protective coating to prevent rusting.
NON-SLIP GRIP: The barbells are equipped with knurled, non-slip grip surfaces that ensure a high level of grip and particularly safe training.
SECURE HOLD: Fix the weight plates using the fasteners provided. Compact design: The set can be stowed away to save space and set up quickly when needed, so you can work out just as effectively at home as in the gym!
